Network Planning & Design
| Nova Services recognizes that application availability transported by the network is critical, therefore response time, throughput, and reliability requirements supplied by our customer are used in planning and network design. In instances where these variable requirements may not be determined proof of concept testing may be conducted to more accurately predict application behavior using network simulation proposed by the design.

Project Management
| Nova Services has defined scope, provided timelines, monitored costs, assured quality controls are in place, forecast resources, and ensured communication between our customer and third party suppliers whose activities must be coordinated to meet the data network objectives. Our project managers apply their knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close processes associated with successful network planning, design, and implementation.

Implementation Services
| Nova Services has provided technical services that help our customers manage technology deployments following design through final testing and turn-up to acceptance. Our technical services include equipment staging, hardware configuration, software imaging, asset tagging, and auditing.

Professional Services
| Nova Services offers specialized skills from knowledgeable professionals dedicated to customer service, timely execution, and cost effective solutions. At the client’s discretion, Professional Services are customizable to include on-site temporary labor that may be needed to fulfill technical operations and maintenance support needs following implementation.
